What happens after I choose my tools?
Verify your email, confirm your plan and securely add a card to activate your FREE 30-day trial. Your selected workspace tools activate after card confirmation. Custom work is arranged separately.
How does the FREE 30-day trial work?
The trial covers software access for your agreed plan. A card is required at signup. After 30 days, plans renew at their monthly rate: Pylon Starter ($97/mo), Nexus Executive ($197/mo), Stargate Suite ($247/mo), unless canceled. Usage and paid extras are separate.
Can I start small and add tools later?
Yes. Open My plan to upgrade, downgrade or swap tools. Review any immediate charge or credit before confirming. Billing and tool access update after confirmation and successful payment, if required. Changing plans keeps your original trial end date.
How does setup work?
Setup is self-service and there is no setup fee. Every tool has a written guide, and each guide comes as a paste-ready prompt: open it in Claude, ChatGPT or any AI assistant and it walks you through your own screen, one step at a time, without ever needing your password or codes. Custom builds, content and ongoing management are quoted separately.
Can I add AI to my workspace?
Yes. Explore an AI receptionist, lead assistant, review and content assistants, build assistance or a custom agent. We scope the setup, supported channels and usage costs with you before activation. AI services are optional and quoted separately from your workspace plan and its FREE 30-day trial.
Can I keep the software I already use?
Tell us which calendar, email, store, accounting or team apps you use. We document 30 named connections and confirm compatibility, data availability, permissions and costs before signup. Your workspace also opens an App Marketplace in its left menu, where the platform lists more than 2,000 apps from other developers. We do not build or vet those, and a paid app is billed by its developer rather than through your plan. For anything on neither list, Zapier connects more than 10,000 apps of its own, on your own account with that service. Custom connections have a separate scope.
What costs are separate?
Phone numbers, calls, texts, email usage, optional AI, paid apps, domains and payment processing are separate. We agree on the costs and usage choices before enabling those services.

For an owner who wants the campaigns run, the reviews managed and the numbers read for them. A monthly written review, the next month's priorities and the work to carry them out, on top of your plan.
Includes: Added to any plan. Includes up to eight hours of production work per month; more is quoted in advance. Timeline: Starts within five business days of signup; cancel monthly.
