Subscription terms

Your subscription

Archon.tools is provided by Archon Digital LLC. Archon Starter includes one selected tool category for $97 per month; Nexus Executive includes four selected categories for $197 per month; Apex Suite includes all seven categories for $247 per month. Prices are in US dollars and exclude applicable tax, which is calculated from your billing details. Your selected plan and tools are shown before you confirm card setup.

FREE 30-day trial and renewal

A card is required. The subscription charge during your 30-day trial is $0. Your trial begins when card setup is completed. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription renews automatically each month at your selected plan's price, less any valid promotion accepted at secure checkout. Promotional periods start when the discount is applied, including time spent in the free trial, unless the offer states otherwise. Standard pricing resumes when the promotion ends. Your account shows the trial end date. Changing your plan does not restart or extend the trial.

Restarting an ended subscription

Restarting an ended subscription begins a new paid monthly term immediately when you complete payment at secure checkout, with no additional free trial. You choose a current plan and accept its price and recurring terms before continuing to checkout. The subscription renews monthly until canceled. Your selected tools become available after payment and access are verified; retaining your workspace or its content does not itself grant paid access. Previously canceled AI add-ons are not restarted automatically.

Changing your plan

You can change your plan and selected tools from your account. We show the new monthly price and any immediate charge or account credit before you confirm. Paid plan changes use prorated billing for the remaining period. Tool access changes after the billing change is verified. If an upgrade payment needs attention, the upgrade waits for successful payment. Account credits reduce future charges and are not automatic cash refunds.

AI add-ons

AI add-ons are optional monthly subscriptions for compatible tools in an active Workspace. The native-tools offer unlocks the selected AI tools after payment and access are verified. You configure your business information, knowledge, brand voice, agents and connected channels yourself using the setup guide. Purchase does not include a fully configured assistant, a published website widget, a connected telephone number or custom setup work. We check service availability before charging; an unavailable request is not charged and expires after seven days. The first AI charge is prorated to your Workspace renewal date; the add-on then renews with your Workspace at the price you accept, plus applicable tax, until canceled. AI billing is separate from the Workspace trial. Your account shows any payment needed to start access.

New native-tools subscriptions accepted under archon.native-tools.v1 share one included $20 USD budget for metered native AI usage in the Workspace. This is one shared budget across enabled native AI tools, not $20 for each add-on, and it resets at the start of each calendar month rather than your subscription renewal date. Usage pauses at the configured provider limit. Output counts and minutes vary by model and task; this offer does not promise a fixed number of replies, words or calls. We do not add automatic usage charges or raise this included budget without your agreement. Telephone numbers, carrier charges, messaging, advertising, third-party services and separately purchased usage are outside this AI budget and require their own disclosed terms. Previously accepted AI offers retain their accepted pricing and usage terms; they are not silently converted to this offer.

You can cancel an AI add-on from your account. Cancellation stops future subscription billing; paid tool access continues through its paid period. Ending Workspace ends its add-ons, and dropping a required Workspace tool requires canceling its dependent add-on first. You manage the content, connections and automations you configure, and must obtain any required messaging consent and disclose AI use where required. The platform acceptable-use rules apply. A separately managed assistant or telephone service follows its own accepted delivery and usage terms.

Cancel anytime

Sign in at archon.tools/account, select Cancel subscription and confirm. Cancellation stops future subscription billing; your workspace tools stay available through the end of your current trial or paid period, then access ends. You can withdraw a scheduled cancellation from your account before that date. Cancel before your trial ends to avoid the first subscription renewal. Previously paid charges are not automatically refunded. For a billing error or refund question, contact op@archondigital.xyz. These terms do not limit rights that applicable law gives you.

What access includes

Your subscription provides access to the selected workspace tools. You supply your business content, authorize your platform connections and configure your workflows. Integrations depend on the connected service's availability, permissions and account requirements. Setup is self-service using published guides; no setup or on-site service is included or sold. Where your selected tools include invoices, payment links, products, social posting or ad campaigns, they run through accounts you open and control with the payment processor, social network or advertising platform; processor fees, ad spend and those platforms' terms are between you and them. Custom work, sending usage, phone services and other paid extras are separate from the subscription. Any separately agreed service or purchase has its own price and scope. Growth or revenue results are not guaranteed.

Apps and integrations

Your workspace includes built-in connections to services you already use and a marketplace of optional apps built by third-party developers. Which apps the marketplace lists, and whether a particular app can be added to your workspace, is decided by the platform and the app's developer rather than by us; app counts we publish describe that marketplace's listing and are not a promise that any specific app is available to you. Apps are governed by their developers' terms, privacy practices and pricing; any app charge is between you and the developer and is not part of your subscription, and our support for third-party apps is limited to helping you add or remove them. Review the permissions an app asks for before installing it, and uninstall any app you no longer use. We may remove an app from workspaces if it breaks the platform or the rules that apply to it.

Your business and data

Use content and customer information that you have permission to use. Obtain the required consent for messages and honor unsubscribe requests. Keep your login secure and authorize connections only for accounts you control. Archon Digital LLC may restrict access for unpaid subscriptions, security issues or misuse. Cancellation does not automatically delete workspace content; contact op@archondigital.xyz for export or deletion requests.
