Subscription terms

Your subscription

Archon.tools is provided by Archon Digital LLC. Pylon Starter includes one selected tool category for $97 per month; Nexus Executive includes four selected categories for $197 per month; Stargate Suite includes all seven categories for $247 per month. Prices are in US dollars and exclude applicable tax, which is calculated from your billing details. Your selected plan and tools are shown before you confirm card setup.

FREE 30-day trial and renewal

A card is required. The subscription charge during your 30-day trial is $0. Your trial begins when card setup is completed. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription renews automatically each month at your selected plan's price. Your account shows the trial end date. Changing your plan does not restart or extend the trial.

Changing your plan

You can change your plan and selected tools from your account. We show the new monthly price and any immediate charge or account credit before you confirm. Paid plan changes use prorated billing for the remaining period. Tool access changes after the billing change is verified. If an upgrade payment needs attention, the upgrade waits for successful payment. Account credits reduce future charges and are not automatic cash refunds.

AI add-ons

AI add-ons are optional monthly subscriptions you can add to an active plan from your account. Each add-on works with specific plan tools and is turned on for you by our operator within seven days of your request. Your card on file is charged only once the add-on is on: the first charge is prorated to your plan's next renewal date, and the add-on then renews monthly on the same day as your plan at the price shown, plus applicable tax. If we cannot turn an add-on on within seven days, the request lapses and nothing is charged.

Each add-on includes the monthly usage allowance shown on its card, enforced by a usage limit in your workspace: when you reach it, that AI feature pauses until the next month or until we raise the limit with you. We never add usage charges without your agreement. Where you use an AI assistant with your own customers, you are responsible for telling them they are interacting with AI where the law or the channel requires it, and the platform's acceptable-use requirements apply to AI features as they do to the rest of your workspace. You can cancel an add-on anytime from your account. Cancelling stops future add-on billing and the add-on stays on through the end of its paid period. Cancelling your plan ends your add-ons with it, and a plan change that removes the tool an add-on works with requires cancelling that add-on first.

Cancel anytime

Sign in at archon.tools/account, select Cancel subscription and confirm. Cancellation stops future subscription billing; your workspace tools stay available through the end of your current trial or paid period, then access ends. You can withdraw a scheduled cancellation from your account before that date. Cancel before your trial ends to avoid the first subscription renewal. Previously paid charges are not automatically refunded. For a billing error or refund question, contact op@archondigital.xyz. These terms do not limit rights that applicable law gives you.

What access includes

Your subscription provides access to the selected workspace tools. You supply your business content, authorize your platform connections and configure your workflows. Integrations depend on the connected service's availability, permissions and account requirements. Setup is self-service using published guides; no setup or on-site service is included or sold. Where your selected tools include invoices, payment links, products, social posting or ad campaigns, they run through accounts you open and control with the payment processor, social network or advertising platform; processor fees, ad spend and those platforms' terms are between you and them. Custom work, sending usage, phone services and other paid extras are separate from the subscription. Any separately agreed service or purchase has its own price and scope. Growth or revenue results are not guaranteed.

Apps and integrations

Your workspace includes built-in connections to services you already use and a marketplace of optional apps built by third-party developers. Which apps the marketplace lists, and whether a particular app can be added to your workspace, is decided by the platform and the app's developer rather than by us; app counts we publish describe that marketplace's listing and are not a promise that any specific app is available to you. Apps are governed by their developers' terms, privacy practices and pricing; any app charge is between you and the developer and is not part of your subscription, and our support for third-party apps is limited to helping you add or remove them. Review the permissions an app asks for before installing it, and uninstall any app you no longer use. We may remove an app from workspaces if it breaks the platform or the rules that apply to it.

Your business and data

Use content and customer information that you have permission to use. Obtain the required consent for messages and honor unsubscribe requests. Keep your login secure and authorize connections only for accounts you control. Archon Digital LLC may restrict access for unpaid subscriptions, security issues or misuse. Cancellation does not automatically delete workspace content; contact op@archondigital.xyz for export or deletion requests.
