A considered fit
Archon.tools can consolidate your portfolio presence, customer relationships, campaigns and reporting. Artwork production, gallery inventory, store fulfillment and specialist project work need their own tools or reviewed connections.
A portfolio image or store connection does not license artwork, calculate royalties or prove provenance. Commission deposits and checkout require approved processor access and testing; secure original-file delivery is a separate configuration, not a promise of this page.
The recommended four cover website, customer hub, campaigns and reporting. Booking, reviews or teaching resources require the relevant selection or Apex; AI text and voice, usage and third-party services have separate setup and costs.

Before you start
Yes. The documented Shopify connection can bring supported customer and order information into the workspace after authorization and setup. Keep your store's inventory, shipping and fulfillment process. Other stores need their own supported connection review; this page does not assume one exists.
Use the customer hub to organize both, with separate stages and audiences. A commission inquiry is not automatic permission for a newsletter. Keep the brief, communication and written agreement clear, and verify promotional consent before starting a campaign.
The courses and communities category can organize your own teaching content and member access when selected. Licensing terms, royalties, private purchased-file delivery and provenance are separate matters requiring an agreed configuration and testing. They are not activated by selecting a creative-business page.
