Make your time bookable

Let customers choose a time that works for your business.

  1. Create the appointment calendar

Open Calendar Settings from Calendars and create a calendar. For a one-to-one appointment, use the Personal Booking option.

Ask Archie about this step ↓
  2. Set the booking rules

Name the calendar, assign the host, and review duration, availability and the booking address. Check the available buffer settings before saving.

Ask Archie about this step ↓
  3. Turn on the invitee emails

Open the calendar's Notifications tab. A new calendar sends nothing until you do this: turn on the confirmation email and at least one reminder email to the invitee, review their wording, and save.

Ask Archie about this step ↓
  4. Preview before sharing

Use Share to preview the calendar or copy its link. Make a test booking from a private browser window and check the appointment in your workspace.

Ask Archie about this step ↓

Check your result

The customer sees the correct available times, and the test appointment reaches the intended host and calendar.
