Information used to operate your account

Archon Digital LLC processes your name, email address, business name, selected tools, subscription status and account activity to create and secure your account, provide workspace access, manage billing and respond to you. Workspace content and information from platforms you connect are processed to provide the features you use.

How you found us

If you arrive from an advertisement, a campaign link or another website, your browser keeps the campaign labels, any advertising click identifier and the referring site name for that visit only, using session storage rather than cookies. When you start a trial those labels are stored with your account so we can see which sources bring customers and report a conversion to the advertising network that showed the ad. On defined public marketing pages at archondigital.xyz and archon.tools, we also use our customer-platform attribution service to record visit activity, the page URL and referring page, technical browser data, approved campaign labels, and information submitted through supported forms in our customer system. The script uses local and session storage and a session cookie named lc_session_<tracking-id> for up to 24 hours to recognize a visit, then sends this information to our customer-platform provider. It does not load on initial account, login, booking-session, buyer, preview, or API routes, and those routes do not send activity to this tracker.

Referral program: if you reach archon.tools through a partner's referral link (a web address containing am_id), the workspace platform's referral script is loaded on archon.tools pages for that visit and stores a referral cookie on archon.tools for up to 365 days so the partner can be credited. When you start a trial, we pass your name, email address and billing customer reference to the workspace platform's referral program together with that referral, and we keep the referral identifier with your account and billing records to calculate partner commissions. Visits without a referral link never load that script.

Optional Google Analytics

When you choose Allow analytics in the privacy settings at the bottom of an eligible Archon.tools public page, we load Google Analytics to understand which public pages people visit and which of our reviewed campaign links bring them here. Declining leaves this optional Google tag unloaded. You can reopen Privacy settings on those public pages to turn it off; withdrawing clears this tag's Archon.tools cookies and reloads the page to remove its active code. Your choice is stored in this browser for up to 180 days and does not affect workspace access or the separate services described above.

For this optional tag, we send a reviewed public page address without its query string or fragment, a fixed page label, an empty referring-page field and, for recognized campaign links, only the exact campaign labels we published. URLs with other parameters or fragments and unreviewed pages are excluded. The tag is limited to archon.tools public pages; it does not load on account, sign-in, checkout, API, workspace, voice, Forge or Meet Archie pages. We do not send account identifiers, form content, conversations, arbitrary URL values or a user ID to this tag. Enhanced Measurement is disabled, and our code sends page views manually; Google may also generate normal session and engagement events after you opt in.

After you allow it, Google receives the browser requests, including your IP address and technical browser/device information, and uses analytics cookies such as _ga and _ga_0Y24KHTWG6 to distinguish visits. We configure these cookies for up to 180 days without extending them on each visit. Google processes this information under its own privacy terms and may process it outside your country. Google Signals and advertising personalization are disabled for this tag; advertising storage, advertising user data and advertising personalization consent remain denied. This choice controls this optional Google tag only; existing account services, customer-platform attribution, referral tracking and Vercel measurements retain their separate behavior described on this page.

Chat on Archon Digital and Archon.tools

If you use the chat window on archondigital.xyz or archon.tools, we collect the name and email address you enter, the content of the messages you send and anything you attach, together with the page you started the chat from. The chat is provided through our workspace platform provider, which carries the conversation and stores it with a contact record in our customer records. The two sites use the same chat provider and conversation service.

Replies are written and sent by an AI assistant that answers from our published guides and prices. No person reads your message before it is answered. Nobody is standing by in the chat window: the assistant cannot transfer you to a person and will not offer to. A person at Archon Digital LLC can read any conversation afterwards and can take over at any point. Human review, follow-up or a response to an unanswered question is not guaranteed. We keep chat transcripts with our customer records so we can answer you and improve our published guidance. Never send a password, sign-in code or card number in chat; we do not ask for them there. Voice conversations with Archie

Voice is optional on archondigital.xyz, archon.tools, archonforge.app and meetarchie.io. Starting a voice conversation sends your microphone audio to ElevenLabs for speech processing and conversation text to Google Gemini to prepare replies. Microphone access starts only when you choose to talk and grant your browser permission; you can end the call at any time. We have voice recording turned off and the agent's conversation-history retention set to one day. Browser microphone permissions can be revoked in your browser settings.

The public voice assistant explains published information. It cannot access your workspace, read billing or make changes to your account. Do not speak passwords, sign-in codes, payment-card details or confidential customer information. Essential, pseudonymous session and usage records help us enforce visitor limits and protect the service; they do not contain your conversation audio or transcript. Voice and text chat use separate conversation services.

Phone calls to Archon Digital

Calls to the Archon Digital company phone number are answered by Archie, an AI voice assistant, which says it is an AI assistant when it answers. The assistant cannot transfer you to a person. It answers from our published information.

Our workspace platform provider carries the call, and it and the speech and AI model providers it uses process the call to understand you and reply; the assistant's replies are prepared with Google Gemini and spoken with an ElevenLabs voice. Calls the assistant answers are not recorded. If the assistant does not answer, the call may go to voicemail; a message you leave is recorded and kept with our customer records. The phone system logs the calling number unless it is withheld, and the time and length of the call. The assistant saves a written summary of the call with a contact record in our customer records; the platform may also keep a text transcript with that record. A person at Archon Digital LLC may read these records afterwards. Human follow-up is not guaranteed.

The phone assistant cannot verify who you are, access your workspace or billing, or make account changes. Do not give passwords, sign-in codes, payment-card details or confidential customer information on a call. Contact op@archondigital.xyz to request access to, or deletion of, a call record.

Sign-in and payments

We use essential sign-in cookies to keep your account session secure. Sign-in codes are sent to your email. Card details are entered directly in the payment processor's hosted checkout; the Archon.tools account service does not store your full card number or security code. We retain billing identifiers and subscription records to verify access, reconcile payments and maintain business records.

Service providers and connections

We use service providers for hosting, authentication, email, billing and workspace operations. They process information needed to provide those services. Connecting another platform may share information with that platform according to the permissions you authorize and its own privacy terms. Disconnect connections you no longer use. We do not sell your personal information.

Retention and requests

Account, billing, tax and security records are kept while your account is open and afterwards for as long as tax, accounting and legal recordkeeping requires. Canceling a subscription stops future billing and ends tool access at the end of the paid period; it does not automatically delete its records or content.

Chat transcripts, phone call summaries and the contact records they are stored with stay in our customer records while they are useful for answering you, supporting your account and improving our published guidance. Browser voice conversations are kept by the voice provider for one day and are not recorded. Calls the assistant answers are not recorded; voicemail messages stay in our customer records like call summaries. Cookie and browser-storage periods are listed with each service above.
