Information used to operate your account

Archon Digital LLC processes your name, email address, business name, selected tools, subscription status and account activity to create and secure your account, provide workspace access, manage billing and respond to you. Workspace content and information from platforms you connect are processed to provide the features you use.

How you found us

If you arrive from an advertisement, a campaign link or another website, your browser keeps the campaign labels, any advertising click identifier and the referring site name for that visit only, using session storage rather than cookies. When you start a trial those labels are stored with your account so we can see which sources bring customers and report a conversion to the advertising network that showed the ad. We do not load advertising or analytics scripts from other companies on this site.

Referral program: if you reach archon.tools through a partner's referral link (a web address containing am_id), the workspace platform's referral script is loaded on archon.tools pages for that visit and stores a referral cookie on archon.tools for up to 365 days so the partner can be credited. When you start a trial, we pass your name, email address and billing customer reference to the workspace platform's referral program together with that referral, and we keep the referral identifier with your account and billing records to calculate partner commissions. Visits without a referral link never load that script.

Chat on archon.tools

If you use the chat window on archon.tools, we collect the name and email address you enter, the content of the messages you send and anything you attach, together with the page you started the chat from. The chat is provided through our workspace platform provider, which carries the conversation and stores it with a contact record in our customer records; it is not offered on the company site at archondigital.xyz.

Replies are written and sent by an AI assistant that answers from our published guides and prices. No person reads your message before it is answered. A person at Archon Digital LLC can read any conversation afterwards and can take over at any point, and you can ask to be passed to a person at any time. We keep chat transcripts with our customer records so we can answer you and improve our published guidance. Never send a password, sign-in code or card number in chat; we do not ask for them there. Sign-in and payments

We use essential sign-in cookies to keep your account session secure. Sign-in codes are sent to your email. Card details are entered directly in the payment processor's hosted checkout; the Archon.tools account service does not store your full card number or security code. We retain billing identifiers and subscription records to verify access, reconcile payments and maintain business records.

Service providers and connections

We use service providers for hosting, authentication, email, billing and workspace operations. They process information needed to provide those services. Connecting another platform may share information with that platform according to the permissions you authorize and its own privacy terms. Disconnect connections you no longer use. We do not sell your personal information.

Retention and requests

Account, billing and security records are retained as needed to operate the service, resolve issues and meet legal and recordkeeping obligations. Canceling a subscription stops future billing and ends tool access at the end of the paid period; it does not automatically delete its records or content. Contact op@archondigital.xyz to request access, correction, export or deletion of your information. We verify account ownership before acting on a request and may retain records where required by law.
