Connect Shopify to your Workspace

Bring supported Shopify commerce records into your customer workflow.

  1. Review the Shopify connection

Open Workspace integration settings and locate Shopify. Confirm availability and permissions. Authorize the intended store directly with Shopify; do not share passwords, access tokens or sign-in codes.

Ask Archie about this step ↓
  2. Choose the supported records

Review the products, collections, contacts, orders and transactions offered by the current connection. Choose the records you need and confirm sync direction, history and field mapping on your screen. Do not assume every field or event is supported.

Ask Archie about this step ↓
  3. Inspect a controlled sync

Use a sample record to check identifiers, contact matching, variants and order status in Workspace. Check duplicates and missing fields. A synced contact or order does not prove that a payment, refund or shipment completed.

Ask Archie about this step ↓
  4. Prepare follow-up deliberately

Keep the agreed commerce owner responsible for receipts, payments, stock and fulfillment. Build follow-up in draft with a supported event, audience permission and stop rules. Test duplicate events, replies, cancellations and refunds before approving customer-facing automation.

Ask Archie about this step ↓

Check your result

The intended store and supported records are confirmed, the sample matches its source and each customer communication has one owner.
