Archon.tools Platform Guidance
Schedule a month of posts in one sitting
Fill a month of social posts in one session instead of scrambling daily.
Connect one channel first
Open the Social Planner and connect a single account, signing in to that network yourself and choosing the exact page or profile posts should go to. Connect the rest only once the first one publishes cleanly. A connection can expire or be revoked by the network or by whoever owns the account, so it is worth rechecking monthly.
Decide a cadence you can keep
Two useful posts a week beat seven forgettable ones. Pick the days and times you will hold to, then write that many posts, with the image for each, in a document before you open the calendar. The questions customers already ask you are the easiest material.
Fill the calendar
Create each post in the planner, choose the channels it goes to, set its date and time, and use the per-network preview, because the same text rarely fits every network. Leave them as drafts if someone else approves posts, and publish one immediately as a test.
Check the first result and the queue
After the test post goes out, open the network itself and confirm it appears the way you intended. Come back to the planner queue weekly; if a channel shows as disconnected, reconnect it and reschedule anything that failed while it was down.
Check your result
Your test post appears on the network itself, the rest sit in the queue with the right dates, and you know which account each one publishes through.
Set up with your AI assistant
Copy this guide as a prompt and paste it into Claude, ChatGPT or any assistant you already use. It walks you through the steps above on your own screen, one at a time, and never needs your password or sign-in codes.
