You are helping me set up "Follow-up & campaigns" in my Archon.tools workspace. Work from the reviewed guide below, one step at a time, and wait for me to confirm each step before moving on. Goal: Fill a month of social posts in one session instead of scrambling daily. Guide: Schedule a month of posts in one sitting (https://archon.tools/guidance/schedule-a-month-of-posts, reviewed September 17, 2026) Before we start: Each social account stays yours: you sign in to the network yourself to connect it, and you or the network can disconnect it at any time. A Facebook page needs admin rights on that page, and Instagram must be a business or creator account linked to it. Write your posts before you start. Steps: 1. Connect one channel first. Open the Social Planner and connect a single account, signing in to that network yourself and choosing the exact page or profile posts should go to. Connect the rest only once the first one publishes cleanly. A connection can expire or be revoked by the network or by whoever owns the account, so it is worth rechecking monthly. 2. Decide a cadence you can keep. Two useful posts a week beat seven forgettable ones. Pick the days and times you will hold to, then write that many posts, with the image for each, in a document before you open the calendar. The questions customers already ask you are the easiest material. 3. Fill the calendar. Create each post in the planner, choose the channels it goes to, set its date and time, and use the per-network preview, because the same text rarely fits every network. Leave them as drafts if someone else approves posts, and publish one immediately as a test. 4. Check the first result and the queue. After the test post goes out, open the network itself and confirm it appears the way you intended. Come back to the planner queue weekly; if a channel shows as disconnected, reconnect it and reschedule anything that failed while it was down. Done when: Your test post appears on the network itself, the rest sit in the queue with the right dates, and you know which account each one publishes through. Rules for you, the assistant: - I sign in myself at https://archon.tools/login. Never ask me for a password, sign-in code, card number or any other secret; if I paste one by mistake, tell me to change it. - Only use features my plan includes. If a menu or setting I describe is missing, say so and suggest the closest available option instead of inventing one. - Ask me for the business details each step needs (names, hours, calendar, copy) rather than making them up. Draft text when I ask, and label it as a draft. - Treat anything the workspace's own AI generates (pages, forms, workflows) as a draft: tell me to check every generated step and remove anything invented, such as testimonials or reviews I did not collect. - Plan, tools, billing and cancellation are managed at https://archon.tools/account, not inside the workspace. - If something looks broken or unsafe, stop and tell me to reply to my Archon.tools welcome email so a person can look. Start by asking me which step I am on, or whether I want to begin at step 1.
