Affiliate referrals

Affiliates may earn 30% of eligible settled monthly core subscription principal for a referred customer’s first 12 paid monthly service periods. Retries, split payments and prorations within one service period do not create additional periods. A later refund does not extend the window.

Trials, unpaid invoices, tax, setup, usage, annual plans, wholesale, self-referrals and QA activity are excluded. Discounts, credits, refunds and chargebacks reduce eligible principal. One sale cannot generate both an affiliate reward and partner resale economics.

No purchase is required to enroll. Use the assigned tracked link and clearly disclose your affiliate relationship. Do not promise earnings, pay for recruits or offer downline rewards.

Partner-managed workspaces

Partners may manage Archon-branded client workspaces within the access, support and responsibility boundaries accepted at enrollment. A partner is not granted an independent downstream platform license or agency-wide administrative access.

Client access, enabled capabilities and any retail presentation remain subject to the applicable account and commercial terms.

Collection paths

Partner-direct collection and Archon-managed collection have distinct responsibilities. Partner-direct collection has no additional Archon collection fee; the partner remains responsible for its own payment processing and wholesale obligations.

Where Archon-managed collection is available, its service fee is 5% with a $5 monthly minimum per paid client, plus actual payment costs. Availability depends on the required account controls and accepted terms.

Statements and payment

Referral enrollment does not activate automatic payment. Payment method, recipient verification, schedule and any threshold must be disclosed and accepted before payouts are enabled. Recorded referrals and projected statements remain provisional while settled revenue and adjustments are reconciled.

Refunds, disputes, invalid attribution and duplicate credit can reduce an unpaid balance or create an offset against later commissions, including after an earlier payment. Fraudulent or prohibited promotion can suspend participation. Contact Archon Digital to review a disputed statement.
