Make review requests part of a consistent customer experience.

  1. Check the destination

    Connect the business profile or configure the agreed review link. Check that review requests are enabled in your workspace settings.

  2. Start with one request

    Open Reputation and its Requests area to prepare a manual request. Review the customer, channel and message before sending to your own test contact.

  3. Check the result

    Open the received link and confirm it reaches the right business. Review the request status; investigate a failed send before retrying or adding automation.

The request identifies your business clearly and takes the recipient to the correct review destination.
