Connect print-on-demand to your Workspace store

Prepare a Printful or Printify connection with deliberate product and order controls.

  1. Review the connection

Find Printful or Printify in your Workspace's available store connections. Read its permissions, destinations, fees and production settings. If it is unavailable, ask Archon for help rather than installing an unrelated app or assuming the store is connected.

Ask Archie about this step ↓
  2. Prepare products before import

Create designs and variants in your provider account. With Printful, check titles, images, variants and prices in Workspace and add descriptions manually. With Printify, review the destination before importing: imported products publish live by default. Hold the import until that destination is ready.

Ask Archie about this step ↓
  3. Set production and support ownership

Check whether orders enter production automatically or await provider approval. Review charges, destinations, tracking and exceptions. Document who handles damaged products, delays, refunds and customer updates.

Ask Archie about this step ↓
  4. Qualify the order path

Review the complete store-to-provider handoff with controlled test data where supported. A physical sample or production order incurs charges and needs your approval. Check the actual sample and tracking before promising product quality or delivery times.

Ask Archie about this step ↓

Check your result

The product destination, listing, production settings and fulfillment responsibilities are confirmed. Record sample-order results separately from account connection status.
