Build a useful follow-up

Give interested customers a consistent next step.

  1. Start with one workflow

    Open Automation and create a workflow. Choose a suitable email sequence recipe, or start with a blank workflow for a focused message.

  2. Choose what starts it

    For an inquiry follow-up, use the form-submission trigger and select the exact form. Edit the sending actions, message content and timing for your intended audience.

  3. Review before activation

    Save the draft and check the trigger, recipient conditions and messages with your team. Test using your own contact details, then publish only when the sequence is ready to send.

Check your result

A test inquiry enters the intended sequence and receives the expected message. Review the result before inviting real customer traffic.
