Archon.tools by Archon Digital LLC
Acceptable Use Policy
Version 2026-11-03.1
Who this applies to
This policy applies to the business that holds an Archon.tools account and to everyone that business allows to use its workspace, AI add-ons, Archon Forge, workspace keys or related Archon.tools services, and to the content and messages sent from them. The account holder is responsible for that use.
This policy sets out how Archon.tools may and may not be used. It applies together with the Archon.tools subscription terms and does not limit any obligation you have under the law.
Illegal, harmful and deceptive use
Do not use Archon.tools to break any law; defraud, phish or deceive; impersonate any person, business or government body; collect sign-in credentials or payment details under false pretenses; sell or promote illegal goods or services; harass, threaten, bully or stalk; promote violence or hatred against people based on protected characteristics; or exploit or endanger minors in any way. Apparent child sexual abuse material is reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children's CyberTipline, as federal law requires.
Prohibited content and sensitive information
Do not create, store, send or publish content that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights; is sexually explicit or shares intimate images without consent; contains malware or harmful code; makes false or unsubstantiated claims about health, finances or results; or contains fake, purchased or undisclosed incentivized reviews or testimonials.
Do not use the workspace to collect or store health or treatment records, full payment card numbers or card security codes, government identification numbers, or bank account or sign-in credentials. Take card payments through your payment processor's hosted checkout.
Content in regulated categories, such as cannabis, firearms, gambling, lending, debt collection, health care or financial services, may be used only where the law, carrier rules and connected platforms allow it. Carriers may refuse such traffic even when it is lawful.
Text messages and calls
If your plan or a connected service lets you send text messages or make calls from your workspace, you are the sender of every message and call and are responsible for compliance.
Obtain the consent the law requires before you text or call, including prior express written consent before marketing texts or calls made with automated systems or artificial or AI-generated voices, and keep records of that consent.
Complete any required carrier or registry registration, such as US A2P 10DLC brand and campaign registration, accurately, and send only the message types you registered.
Identify your business, honor STOP and other opt-out requests promptly, respond to HELP, and keep opted-out numbers suppressed. Respect quiet hours, do-not-call registries, and federal and state telemarketing and messaging laws, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act.
Never use purchased, rented, scraped or shared contact lists, and never send marketing messages to people who have not agreed to receive them.
Follow the CAN-SPAM Act and the other email laws that apply to you. Use accurate sender and header information and honest subject lines, identify advertisements, include your valid physical postal address, and include a working unsubscribe that you honor within the time the law requires. Do not send to purchased, rented or scraped lists.
AI features and AI output
AI features produce drafts. Review AI output before you publish, send or rely on it, and remove invented facts, testimonials, reviews and statistics. Tell people they are dealing with AI where the law requires it.
Do not use AI features to make or materially support decisions about someone's credit, employment, housing, insurance, education or access to essential services without the review and notices the law requires; to create deceptive impersonations, including cloned voices or likenesses without consent; to present legal, medical or financial advice as if it came from a licensed professional; or to get around the safety controls or usage limits of AI models.
Reviews
Do not use review requests or review tools to suppress or filter negative reviews, for example by asking only satisfied customers to post publicly or steering unhappy customers away from the review site. Do not offer incentives that depend on a review being positive, threaten or intimidate reviewers, or misrepresent the reviews you display. Follow each review site's own rules.
Workspace access and platform integrity
Your staff, contractors and AI assistants acting for your own business may use your workspace through their own user access or workspace keys. Do not resell, sublicense, rent or provide workspace access as a service to others, or give access to anyone not acting for your business, unless Archon Digital LLC has agreed in writing.
Do not probe, scan, load-test or attack Archon.tools; get around usage limits, billing or access controls; reverse engineer it except where the law allows; scrape it by automated means beyond the published APIs; or interfere with other customers.
Enforcement
As the subscription terms describe, Archon Digital LLC may restrict access for misuse. We cooperate with carriers, providers and authorities where the law requires, and carriers and providers may also act under their own rules. We do not review all content.
Reporting a problem
Report abuse or a suspected violation of this policy to op@archondigital.xyz. When we change this policy, we publish a new version here with its date.
