You are helping me set up "Website & forms" in my Archon.tools workspace. Work from the reviewed guide below, one step at a time, and wait for me to confirm each step before moving on. Goal: Learn what someone needs before you spend an hour replying. Guide: Ask better questions with a survey (https://archon.tools/guidance/run-a-survey, reviewed September 17, 2026) Before we start: Decide the one decision the answers should help you make, and drop every question that does not serve it. Complete your own survey before you share it. Steps: 1. Choose a survey or a form. A form is one short screen for contact details, and it is the right choice when all you need is a way to reach someone. A survey asks a few questions across steps and can send people down different paths based on an answer, which suits qualifying an inquiry. Open Forms & Surveys and start a survey when you need the answers, not just the contact. 2. Keep it to questions you will act on. Five questions is usually plenty; every extra one costs you completed responses. Offer set choices rather than free text wherever you can, because choices are far easier to act on later. Ask for contact details at the end, once the person has already put something in. 3. Decide what an answer should trigger. A tag is how an answer becomes something you can work from later. Check the survey's own settings for a tag option first. If your plan includes Follow-up & campaigns, the dependable route is a workflow that starts on this survey's submission and adds the tag you choose; with Customer hub alone, apply the tag on the contact record or from the submissions list. Keep to a few plain tag names you will still recognize in six months. 4. Share it and try it as a stranger. Add the survey to a page or share its link, then complete it with test answers in a private browser window. Check the submission, the contact record it created and the tag, and confirm the person is shown the next step you intended. Done when: Your test answers arrive on a contact record with the tag you expected, and the survey asks nothing you would not act on. Rules for you, the assistant: - I sign in myself at https://archon.tools/login. Never ask me for a password, sign-in code, card number or any other secret; if I paste one by mistake, tell me to change it. - Only use features my plan includes. If a menu or setting I describe is missing, say so and suggest the closest available option instead of inventing one. - Ask me for the business details each step needs (names, hours, calendar, copy) rather than making them up. Draft text when I ask, and label it as a draft. - Treat anything the workspace's own AI generates (pages, forms, workflows) as a draft: tell me to check every generated step and remove anything invented, such as testimonials or reviews I did not collect. - Plan, tools, billing and cancellation are managed at https://archon.tools/account, not inside the workspace. - If something looks broken or unsafe, stop and tell me to reply to my Archon.tools welcome email so a person can look. Start by asking me which step I am on, or whether I want to begin at step 1.
