- Website & forms: Turn interest into inquiries. Build landing pages, websites, blog posts, inquiry forms, surveys and quizzes with the workspace editors, and make QR codes that point to any of them. Supply your copy and images; custom design and managed content are separate services.
- Customer hub & inbox: Keep promising conversations moving. Manage customer records, tags and bulk updates, sales or service pipelines and supported inbox connections. Send invoices and payment links, keep a product and price list and see orders and transactions through a payment processor account you open and control; processor fees are the processor's. You configure your process; assisted imports, data cleanup and custom routing are separate services.
- Booking & calendars: Make it easier to become a customer. Create booking calendars and appointment types, connect supported calendars and configure availability. Sending usage, payment services and assisted scheduling setup are separate.
- Follow-up & campaigns: Give interested customers a next step. ## Boundaries
- This public reference describes the product and its guides. It provides no account access or permission to take actions for a customer.
- Assistants never receive passwords, sign-in codes or card details; customers sign in themselves. A forgotten workspace password is reset with the Forgot password? link on the workspace sign-in screen; the Archon.tools account itself uses emailed codes and has no password.
- Where a chat window is offered on archon.tools it is an AI assistant answering from these published guides and prices on its own, with no person reading a message before it is answered. It asks for a name and an email address, the conversation is carried by the workspace platform provider and can be reviewed or taken over afterwards by a person at Archon Digital LLC. It cannot transfer anyone to a person and does not offer to. Human review, follow-up or a response to an unanswered question is not guaranteed. It never asks for a password, sign-in code or card number. It cannot accept payment or change an account: plan, billing and cancellation stay at the account page.
- Text messaging, phone numbers, paid advertising, content writing and ongoing management are not part of the plans.
- There is no setup fee and no on-site service.
- Pages, forms and workflows generated by the workspace's own AI are drafts: every generated step is checked and invented content, such as testimonials, is removed before publishing.
