# Archon.tools for visual artists & creative studios Canonical page: https://archon.tools/for/artists Industry solutions: https://archon.tools/for > Connect your portfolio, commission inquiries, collector relationships, releases and marketing in one platform. Replace scattered business tools, keep the store and creative software you rely on, and expand through thousands of marketplace apps and integrations. Bring your portfolio, collector conversations and promotion together while keeping creative production and specialist selling tools connected. ## Suggested selection and platform breadth Suggested four categories: Website & forms; Customer hub & inbox; Follow-up & campaigns; Reporting. This is a starting selection, not a fixed niche package. Additional categories can replace a selection or be included with the full suite; they are not included automatically in a four-category plan. - Website & forms [suggested selection]: Give your work a portfolio with a purpose. Publish your own images, collection stories and commission information with a focused inquiry form. Keep the details a prospective collector sends beside their customer record. - Customer hub & inbox [suggested selection]: Remember the collector, not just the transaction. Organize collectors, galleries, collaborators and commission inquiries with their messages, preferences and agreed stages. Keep a clear owner for the conversation and its next action. - Booking & calendars [additional category choice]: Make studio conversations easier to arrange. Offer configured studio visits, commission consultations or workshop discussions around your availability. Confirm the location, accessibility and any appointment requirements before sharing the link. - Follow-up & campaigns [suggested selection]: Give releases and exhibitions a connected campaign. Plan social content and permission-based collector updates around your exhibitions, new collections and studio news. Keep the audience, content and follow-up in the same workspace. - Reviews & retention [additional category choice]: Make client feedback part of your practice. Request feedback after an agreed commission or workshop using consistent criteria. Confirm permission before publishing a client's words, identity or commissioned work in your promotion. - Courses & communities [additional category choice]: Build a place for teaching and studio resources. If education is part of your practice, arrange your own lessons, resources and community access. Choose the category when you need it and define the content and moderation you will provide. - Reporting [suggested selection]: See how your business activity connects. Review supported portfolio inquiry, campaign and customer activity from configured sources. Keep website interest distinct from confirmed commission or store revenue when deciding what to do more of. ## Suggested integrations These are connection options, not installed apps or enabled connections. Confirm availability, permissions, compatibility and pricing for your business before connecting. ### Shopify โ€” Built-in connection Keep your existing print, original-art or merchandise store connected to collector follow-up. Scope: Authorize the store and choose supported import and ongoing sync settings for contacts, orders and transactions. Keep fulfillment and inventory in your store; retain independent marketing-consent records. Costs: Your Shopify subscription, store apps, processing and shipping remain separate. Confirm the available sync options, account access and workflow triggers before activation. Scope: Connect eligible linked Meta accounts with messaging permissions. Deduplication settings govern contact matching; supported messages are not an automatic import of followers or an opted-in mailing list. Costs: Requires eligible Meta accounts and the customer hub category. Ads, optional AI and chargeable messaging services are separate. Official source: https://help.gohighlevel.com/support/solutions/articles/155000005068 ### Google Drive โ€” Built-in connection Reuse owned portfolio images and approved promotional assets across workspace content. Scope: Media Storage shows files you own in Drive; shared files and shared-file shortcuts are excluded. Media import is not private commission delivery, provenance verification or a grant of image rights. Costs: Requires your authorized Drive account and a tool with media access. Extra Google storage, image preparation and creative services are separate. Reading or downloading one does not install or activate a workflow. ### Give a commission inquiry a place to develop. Source: https://archon.tools/for/artists#commission-inquiry Portable playbook: https://archon.tools/for/artists/playbooks/commission-inquiry Goal: The brief and collector conversation stay organized while you assess the work. Tools: Website & forms; Customer hub & inbox; Follow-up & campaigns. Requirements: Website, customer hub and campaigns; approved form fields, a working sending channel and tested stop conditions. Booking is an optional additional category for a scheduling link. Quotes, deposits, image rights and commission acceptance require your review and any approved processor setup. 1. Collect the requested work, intended use, timing and contact details through a focused commission form. 2. Create the customer record and opportunity, then review scope, availability and any missing information yourself. 3. Send an approved acknowledgement and the agreed questions or consultation invitation through your configured channel. 4. Stop automated inquiry follow-up on a reply, opt-out, accepted proposal or decline; agree price, rights and delivery in a separate written scope. ### Connect an exhibition or collection release campaign. Source: https://archon.tools/for/artists#exhibition-release Portable playbook: https://archon.tools/for/artists/playbooks/exhibition-release Goal: Your portfolio, social content and collector updates tell the same timely story. Tools: Website & forms; Customer hub & inbox; Follow-up & campaigns. Requirements: Website, customer hub and campaigns; rights to publish the images, eligible connected social accounts and verified sending consent. Store or gallery availability needs a confirmed feed or a deliberate staff update. Test links, dates and stop rules before publishing. 1. Prepare an exhibition or collection page with your approved artwork images, accurate dates and current availability. 2. Choose a collector segment with recorded permission to receive the planned promotional messages. 3. Schedule approved social posts and email updates that point to the page, with a clear owner for inquiries. 4. End the campaign at its agreed date and stop messages on an opt-out or changed availability; update the page if an artwork sells or an exhibition changes. ### Keep store activity connected to collector care. Source: https://archon.tools/for/artists#collector-store-follow-up Portable playbook: https://archon.tools/for/artists/playbooks/collector-store-follow-up Goal: Supported purchase information can inform future conversations without replacing your store operations. Tools: Customer hub & inbox; Follow-up & campaigns; Reporting. Requirements: Customer hub, campaigns and reporting for the review, plus an authorized Shopify store and tested sync/trigger mapping. Shopify consent fields are documented as coming soon: verify permission independently. Confirm cancellation/refund exit behavior and sending costs; this recipe does not activate shipping, refunds or digital-file delivery. 1. Authorize the existing Shopify store, choose supported contact and order sync, and verify one test purchase maps to the intended customer. 2. Choose a currently supported purchase event or a reviewed staff update as the start of collector follow-up; prevent duplicate enrollment. 3. Send appropriate care information or a separately consented studio update, while fulfillment messages remain in their agreed system. 4. Pause on a reply, refund, cancellation, unresolved order issue or opt-out using verified events or a staff update; review supported store and campaign data without counting interest as revenue. ## Existing setup guides - Build a commission inquiry form.: Adapt the existing website guide with the brief, timing and usage questions that help you assess a commission. https://archon.tools/guidance/capture-an-inquiry - Organize collectors and creative relationships.: Use clear tags and a demonstration pipeline to distinguish inquiries, active clients, gallery contacts and opted-in collectors. https://archon.tools/guidance/organize-your-contacts - Plan a connected month of studio content.: Use the existing Social Planner guide with your own artwork, exhibition dates and rights-cleared promotional material. https://archon.tools/guidance/schedule-a-month-of-posts ## Plan and trial terms FREE 30-day workspace trial. Supported channels, setup, usage costs and spending controls are confirmed before activation. Paid apps, message usage and payment processing may cost extra. ## Fit and scope - Keep creative production and specialist selling tools. Archon.tools can consolidate your portfolio presence, customer relationships, campaigns and reporting. Artwork production, gallery inventory, store fulfillment and specialist project work need their own tools or reviewed connections. - Agree rights, payments and delivery deliberately. A portfolio image or store connection does not license artwork, calculate royalties or prove provenance. Commission deposits and checkout require approved processor access and testing; secure original-file delivery is a separate configuration, not a promise of this page. - Add categories and services when the practice needs them. The recommended four cover website, customer hub, campaigns and reporting. Booking, reviews or teaching resources require the relevant selection or Apex; AI text and voice, usage and third-party services have separate setup and costs. ## Common questions Can I keep my existing art or merchandise store? Yes. The documented Shopify connection can bring supported customer and order information into the workspace after authorization and setup. Keep your store's inventory, shipping and fulfillment process. Other stores need their own supported connection review; this page does not assume one exists. Can I handle commissions and collector updates in the same workspace? Use the customer hub to organize both, with separate stages and audiences. A commission inquiry is not automatic permission for a newsletter. Keep the brief, communication and written agreement clear, and verify promotional consent before starting a campaign. Can I offer courses or deliver licensed digital artwork? The courses and communities category can organize your own teaching content and member access when selected. Licensing terms, royalties, private purchased-file delivery and provenance are separate matters requiring an agreed configuration and testing. They are not activated by selecting a creative-business page. ## Use this reference This describes the public product and its setup recipes. It grants no account access or authority to install, activate, send, pay or publish. Never share credentials.
